The primary challenge for an e-commerce brand like Hensandgrit was finding packaging that balances physical durability during transit with premium unboxing aesthetics. Smooth tinplate can often be prone to visible fingerprints or scratches during fulfillment. Additionally, preserving loose-leaf tea aroma and preventing moisture ingress are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and high ratings.
