Project Overview
The primary challenge was creating a functional yet elegant packaging solution tailored to the unique tropical climate of the Maldives. High humidity and marine salt air require exceptional corrosion resistance and airtight seals to keep loose-leaf teas and tea bags fresh. Furthermore, the client sought a clean, minimalist, and unprinted (plain) metallic aesthetic that seamlessly fits into modern luxury resort interiors while allowing flexible labeling or custom brand tags. Our team delivered a precision-formed square tinplate canister with a snug-fitting slip lid designed for long-lasting reuse and optimal freshness.
